1. Start on the registration portal. 

2. Tell us where you purchased your device. 
   If your retailer isn't listed, select “Other”, then enter the merchant details and click Continue.

3. Sign in using Google or your email:

   • If using email, you’ll receive a login link. Check your inbox and click the link to continue.

   • If using Google, simply authorize.

4. Once you're in, complete the registration form:

   • Select your product

   • Enter your name and address

   • Add your lot code, order number, and purchase date

   • Upload your receipt (unless purchased directly from solawave.co)

   • Review your details

5. Submit your registration*. You’ll see a submission page and receive an email with a special offer for your next purchase.

If you run into any issues, take a screenshot of the error and note your device/browser (for example: iPhone + Safari) and Contact Us. Our team will be happy to help troubleshoot!

*Devices purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (including resale marketplaces such as eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari) are not eligible for warranty coverage. Submitting a registration does not guarantee eligibility; purchases must be verified through an authorized retailer or reseller in accordance with our warranty policy.
