  1. Can I use the Wand and the Eye Recovery Pro in the same session?
    While each device can be used on their own, you may safely layer both the Wand and the Eye Recovery Pro in your skincare routine. Always be mindful of how your skin reacts to beauty devices, and decrease or stop usage if redness or irritation occurs.

    The Eye Recovery Pro is made in China.

  1. What is the Eye Recovery Pro made of?
    The Eye Recovery Pro is made of soft, flexible silicone. Other materials used include plastic (PC) and nylon.

  2. What is Near-Infrared Light? 
    Near-Infrared Light is a type of light that's not visible to the naked eye, while still being part of the light spectrum.  The Near-Infrared Light used in our Eye Recovery Pro has a wavelength of 880nm. 

  1. What is Deep Red Light?
    Deep Red Light is a type of light that has a slightly longer wavelength compared to our Red Light. The Deep Red Light used in our Eye Recovery Pro has a wavelength of 660nm. 

  2. What is Amber Light?
    Amber Light is a type of light that has a slightly shorter wavelength compared to our Red Light. The Amber Light used in our Eye Recovery Pro has a wavelength of 605nm. 


  1. Are Red Light, Near-Infrared Light, Deep Red Light and Amber Light safe?
    When used as directed, Red, Near-Infrared, Deep Red, and Amber Light are considered safe for use in your skincare routine. As always, we recommend reading the complete instruction manual before use.

  2. There are so many different types of light therapy. What are the benefits of using Red Light, Near-Infrared Light, Deep Red Light and Amber Light in one device for the eyes?
    The Eye Recovery Pro incorporates four wavelengths with our most powerful concentration of light therapy to specifically address and reduce the many signs of aging around the delicate eye area. It helps reduce fine lines, wrinkles, crow's feet, sagging, puffiness, dark circles, and dark spots, achieving younger-looking eyes in a few weeks.

  3. What are the differences between Red Light, Near-Infrared Light, Deep Red Light and Amber Light?
    The Red Light, Near-Infrared Light, Deep Red Light and Amber Light used in the Eye Recovery Pro are each a different wavelength for a multi-spectrum approach to targeting the eye area. Together, they help reduce fine lines, wrinkles, crow's feet, sagging, puffiness, dark circles, and dark spots, for younger-looking eyes.

  4. Does the Eye Recovery Pro give off heat? 
    It produces a very low level of warmth that is imperceptible to most users. 

  5. How do I turn on/off the Eye Recovery Pro? 
    Press the power button on the right side of the mask for about two seconds until the lights come on. You can stop the treatment at any time by pressing the power button for more than 1 second.

  6. Which areas can I use it on? 
    The Solawave Eye Recovery pro is intended for cosmetic use on the eye area, on healthy, normal skin. If you have any questions or concerns, please consult your physician before using the Mask.

  7. How often should I use the Eye Recovery Pro? 
    We recommend starting with the patch test described in the instruction manual. After this test, we recommend using the Eye Recovery Pro at least three days per week for a minimum of four weeks. After that, you can continue using it as desired.

    Always be mindful of how your skin reacts to beauty devices, and decrease or stop usage if redness or irritation occurs. 

    Results are gradual and cumulative, so we suggest taking photos along your journey to easily track your progress and improvement!

  8. When will I see results? 
    Users may start seeing results within the first four weeks, with a consistent routine of at least three days per week for a minimum of three minutes per treatment. 

    Changes can seem less noticeable on a daily basis, so we highly recommend taking before and after photos for comparison. We love to see your results! Tag us on Instagram @solawave.

  9. Can everyone use the Eye Recovery Pro? 
    The Eye Recovery Pro is not recommended for those who are under the age of 22, are subject to seizures or photosensitivity, have skin cancer, or have a known allergy to silicone or plastics. Do not use the Eye Recovery Pro if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. It has not been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women, and therefore the risk to the fetus, neonate, or pregnant women is unknown. Do not use the Eye Recovery Pro if you have Fitzpatrick Skin Type V or VI.


    Please review the Contraindications and Warnings section of the Instruction Manual for more information. If you have any medical concerns, medical illness, medical conditions such as epilepsy, or recent surgery on the face, please consult your physician before using this device.

  1. How long does the Eye Recovery Pro last once fully charged?
    Once fully charged, the Eye Recovery Pro will last for ten treatments. 

  2. How do I clean my Eye Recovery Pro? 
    You may clean the Mask using a water-based or 70% alcohol-based wipe. Ensure the Mask is not connected to the power supply when cleaning. Do not submerge the Mask in water or apply water directly to the Mask.

  3. Can I use the Eye Recovery Pro while it’s charging? 
    No, the Eye Recovery Pro must be disconnected from the charging cord before use. The Mask will not work while being charged.

  4. Can I charge the Eye Recovery Pro after every session? 
    The Eye Recovery Pro contains a lithium-ion battery. The lifetime of the lithium battery can be maximized by allowing it to fully charge and fully discharge during regular use. Do not charge after every session or charge overnight, and avoid fast chargers (over 5V) as they may damage the battery.


  1. Is the Eye Recovery Pro safe to bring on a plane?
    Yes, it is generally allowed in your personal carry-on luggage. The remote control contains a lithium-ion battery, so we recommend checking with the specific airline you're flying as policies may vary.

  2. Where should I store my Mask? 
    The Eye Recovery Pro should be stored in the included storage bag, at room temperature and in dry conditions when not in use.

    Avoid storing this Mask in dusty conditions, direct sunlight, or damp and humid conditions. Make sure it will not bend, stretch, or be crushed while stored or when traveling.
