- How does BOGO work?
Just add 2 items to your cart and one of them is free! Once you add your 2 items, the discount on your 2nd item of equal or lesser value will be discounted to FREE automatically. No code necessary! The discount will display automatically in your cart and in checkout. The Buy One, Get One offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Product exclusions apply. While Supplies Last. This offer is subject to change.
- Will my 2nd free item be added to my order automatically?
No, your 2nd item will not be automatically added to your order. Our BOGO sale allows you to mix and match. You must add 2 items to your cart before checking out in order to get your free item. Once you add 2 items, your BOGO discount will be automatically applied. - I also have a discount code, but it's not being accepted.
Additional discounts codes can't be combined with BOGO, but membership credits, store credits and TYB coins can! - Is Buy One, Get One available to International Customers?
Unfortunately, our BOGO promotion is available to US customers/addresses only, including territories like Guam and Puerto Rico. - My cart doesn't show Buy One, Get One!
Make sure you have added 2 items to your cart in order to activate the discount. If you add 3 items, then you will see the discount applied to the next highest full-priced item. Your 3rd item will not be discounted, but you can add a 4th kit to activate BOGO again. - I purchased, but I didn't get my 2nd item!
No worries! Just call, email or chat with us and we'll get your 2nd item out to you pronto! - When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order, but we aim to ship orders within 1 business day. - An item I'd like to purchase using the promotion is Out of Stock. Can I pre-order?
We will have pre-order options available for some out of stock items. Check the product pages for pre-order availability. - Can I return an item from a BOGO order?
Yes, BOGO orders are eligible for our 60-day trial! Please see our full BOGO return policy here. Purchases made in November 2025 qualify for an extended return window through January 31, 2026, so you can shop (or gift) with confidence this holiday season.
