We want you to love your Solawave experience. If something isn't working for you, here's everything you need to know about returning a BOGO order.
What can I return?
- Unopened items — You can return as many sealed, unopened BOGO items as you'd like within the return window. Easy.
- Opened items — One opened item per BOGO order is eligible for a refund to your original payment method. Have a second opened item to return? We've got you covered with store credit or an exchange.
How much will I get back?
Your refund is based on what you paid, minus any shipping or order coverage fees. Here's how it breaks down:
Returning everything? You'll receive a refund for the full amount you paid (minus shipping and order coverage fees).
Returning one item, and both items are the same price? You'll receive 50% of what you paid. So if you paid $399 for two identical items, that's $199.50 back.
Returning one item, and your items are different prices? Your refund will be a portion of the amount you paid, based on the retail value of each product in the order. Here's an example:
You paid $399 for a Wrinkle Retreat Pro Face Mask ($399) and received a Neck & Chest Pro Mask ($349) free with a combined retail value of $748.
Return the $399 mask only → you'd receive ~$212.67 back
Return the $349 mask only → you'd receive ~$186.33 back
This is because BOGO promotions apply a shared discount across both items, so the savings are distributed proportionally according to each product’s retail price. Your refund is calculated using that same proportion.
Sales tax is refunded proportionally based on the amount being refunded, where applicable.
A few things to keep in mind
Returns must be started within 60 days of delivery
Once your return label is created, you have 15 days to drop off your package
After we receive your return, allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing
Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank
