BOGO Return PolicyUpdated a month ago

Our Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) items are subject to the following return requirements:

• Return window: All returns must be initiated within 60 days from the date of delivery.
  
  
• Unopened Products: Customers may return an unlimited number of unopened (completely sealed) BOGO items for a full refund (less shipping and order coverage fees). Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
  
  
• Opened Products: Only one opened BOGO item is eligible for return for a refund; additional opened items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  
  
• Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once returns are processed and inspected.
  
  
• Refund: Your refund amount for each item will be adjusted accordingly, depending on the number of eligible returned items and full price of each item. 
  • If you are returning all qualifying items in your BOGO order, you'll receive a full refund for what you paid, less any shipping or order coverage fees.
  • If you are returning one item and both items in your BOGO order are the same price then you'll receive a 50% refund of what you paid. 
  • If you are returning one item and each item is priced differently, and/or you have multiple items, then your refund will reflect the proper distribution of the discount across all items in your order.
