The device may not be suitable for you. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">The device will automatically turn off once the treatment is done. Remove the device and wait for at least 24 hours. Check your skin regularly during the 24 hours. If your skin experiences any irritation, this device may not be suitable for you. Adjust the neck strap until fit is secured. If the strap feels uncomfortable or tight, swap it out for the included longer strap. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Press and hold the power button on the controller (for about two seconds) to turn on. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Sit back and enjoy your full 10-minute treatment!&#xA0; &#xA0;<ul style="font-size: initial;"><li style="font-size: 16px;">The device will automatically shut off when complete. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">You may stop the treatment at any time by pressing and holding the power button until the device turns off. </li></ul></li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Remove the device from the treatment area.&#xA0; </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Clean the device using a water or alcohol-based wipe. Ensure the device is turned off and not connected to the charger when cleaning. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Store the device in the included storage bag in a dry and dark environment.&#xA0; </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Repeat these steps based upon the treatment protocol described next.</li></ol> Treatment ProtocolUse the device 10 minutes per day, 3 days per week for a minimum of 4 weeks. After that, you can continue using the device as required, based on your lifestyle and skin condition.&#xA0;Always be mindful of how your skin reacts to beauty devices, and decrease usage if redness or irritation occurs. Results are gradual and cumulative, so we suggest taking photos along your journey to easily track your progress and improvement.We do not recommend using the device more than once a day. You will see a blinking light at the bottom of the controller while it is charging.&#xA0; Note: Previously printed instructions included in the product packaging indicated the light on the controller may be green. Please disregard the mention of a green light, as these instructions referred to the Wrinkle &amp; Bacteria Clearing Light Therapy Mask.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">When the device is fully charged, the LED indicator will show a solid light. Disconnect the controller from the charging cord.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Reconnect the controller to the Mask.</li></ol><h1 id> </h1><h2 id="charging-tips">Charging Tips</h2><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Only use a 5V USB adapter or computer USB-A port.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Do not charge overnight. Avoid fast chargers as they can damage the battery.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">The lifetime of the battery can be maximized by allowing it to fully charge and discharge during regular use. Allow the Mask to deplete before charging again.&#xA0;Do not charge after every session.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Note:&#xA0;Always unplug the device before use, the device will not function while being charged. </li></ul>

Make sure the device will not bend, stretch, or be crushed while being stored or when traveling. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Avoid storing the device in dusty conditions, direct sunlight, or damp and humid conditions.&#xA0; </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">This device contains no serviceable parts.&#xA0; </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Before each use, ensure the device is switched off and clean it, following the cleaning instructions below.&#xA0;</li></ul> Cleaning<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Clean the Device with a water-based wipe or damp clean cloth. Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with 70% alcohol wipe. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Do not use any other cleaning devices as these may damage the device. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Do not clean the device while it is turned on. </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Do not&#xA0;clean the device while charging.</li></ul> Important<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">The product has a limited lifecycle of two years with nominal use. Following the treatment protocol for two years is considered nominal use.&#xA0; </li><li style="font-size: 16px;">The device must be handled with care.</li></ul> Disposal<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Do not dispose of the device with household waste.
