We get it - if you weren't quite ready to make a purchase, we understand. We'll do our best to cancel your order prior to shipping, however, if your order has already shipped then we will not be able to cancel it.
We can, however, help with a return once your order arrives. Of course, our standard 60-day free trial still applies so you can even try out your Solawave purchase before you make your final decision.

Be sure to include your order number and the email address used to place your order. We'll follow up with you as soon as we can.
Please note that we can only cancel orders for purchases on solawave.co
Orders over $1,000 USD: To protect our customers and prevent fraud, all orders over $1,000 USD are subject to review. For these orders: cancellations before shipping may incur a 10% fee; returns must be unopened, are not eligible for free return shipping, and may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Additionally, our Customer Support team is available Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm PT. Requests made outside these hours will be reviewed during business hours.
