Track your Order

You should have received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, but if you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still can't find the email, please use our Contact Us form, so our support team can help.

Domestic Orders

Most standard shipping orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.

Once your order ships, tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Occasionally, carriers experience delays in scanning or updating tracking information.

If your tracking shows “Label Created”, this typically means the carrier has not yet scanned the package. In many cases, the package is already in transit and tracking may update later. In rare cases, delivery may occur before tracking fully updates.

If your tracking has not updated, we kindly ask that you allow 10 business days from the last tracking update for delivery or movement.

  • If it has been less than 10 business days, the package may still arrive and we are unable to issue a replacement or refund during this time.

  • If it has been 10 business days or more with no tracking updates, please contact us so we can review your shipment.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit after review, you may choose between:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method.


International Orders

We do not offer international shipping at this time for new orders. If you need assistance with an order already in transit, please use our Contact Us form, so our support team can help.


Marked as Delivered, But You Can't Find It 

In many cases, the carrier may mark the package as delivered a day or two before they actually deliver it. We know this is frustrating, but common carriers do this frequently and we have no control over it.

We recommend:

1. Look around the delivery location for your package. 

2. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.

3. See if the package was delivered to a neighbor or building manager/office.

4. Check your PO Box or anywhere else you receive mail.

Please use our Contact Us form if:

  • Your package has been marked as delivered for more than 2 business days and you’re unable to locate it, or

  • Your tracking has not updated for 10 business days or more.

Our team will review the shipment details and open a carrier investigation if needed. If the package is confirmed lost after review, we’ll provide the appropriate resolution options.
