Where is my order?Updated a month ago

Track your Order

You should have received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, but if you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still can't find the email, please use our Contact Us form, so our support team can help.

Domestic Orders

Most standard shipping orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you have not seen progress on your package for at least 10 business days, please let us know and we'll investigate it for you.  


International Orders 

Due to a large volume of backlogged parcels, limited processing lanes, and reduced air freight availability for shipments leaving the US border, packages may experience longer than usual delays.

If you have not seen progress on your package for at least 14 business days, please let us know and we'll investigate it for you.  

Your order is still on its way to you, and you can expect to see movement on your package within the coming weeks. Our team will continue working with our international fulfillment partner to monitor the progress and will send an update to you if needed.


Marked as Delivered, But You Can't Find It 

In many cases, the carrier may mark the package as delivered a day or two before they actually deliver it. We know this is frustrating, but common carriers do this frequently and we have no control over it.

We recommend:

1. Look around the delivery location for your package. 

2. Check for a notice of attempted delivery.

3. See if the package was delivered to a neighbor or building manager/office.

4. Check your PO Box or anywhere else you receive mail.

Please use our Contact Us form if you are unable to locate your package within 2 business days of it being marked as delivered, and we would be happy to further assist you.
