What Payment Methods Do You Accept?Updated 2 days ago
We accept a variety of different payment methods. Below is our current list of accepted forms of payment, as well as details on them.
At this time we are not able to accept multiple forms of payment on one transaction.
Credit Cards
Currently, we accept the following cards:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Elo
- JCB
- Union Pay
Express/3rd Party Checkout Methods
The following express or 3rd Party checkout methods are also available:
- Shop Pay
- Google Pay
- Amazon Pay
- Paypal
- Venmo
- Affirm
FSA/HSA Payments
We've partnered with TrueMed to help offer payment using FSA/HSA funds. Please make sure you are logged out of Shop Pay, and do not select an Express checkout method.
1. Add eligible items to your cart.
2. In checkout, choose "Pay with HSA/FSA". Truemed is also available under "Alternative Payment Methods".
3. Take a quick health assessment to qualify.
4. Complete checkout
Two ways to pay:
- Pay with HSA/FSA:
Complete the quick assessment to obtain an LMN and, once qualified, pay at checkout with your HSA/FSA card. - Reimbursement:
Pay with any card, complete the assessment to obtain an LMN, then submit your receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA administrator for repayment.
If approved, your LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity) will be available to download usually within 48 hours through the TrueMed patient portal here. If you don't see your LMN in the portal, please reach out to the TrueMed support team directly at [email protected] for more help.
