Place the mask flat on a table with the LED lights facing upward.

Make sure the two wider straps are at the top (for the upper back of your head) and the two narrower straps are at the bottom (for the lower head/neck area).

Locate the adjustment sliders on the inside of the mask, where the straps feed through the slots.

Shorten or lengthen each strap by sliding it through the slot until it matches your head size.
