- How do I turn on/off the Full Face LED Mask?
Turn on and off the device by pushing the button on the controller for 3 seconds. - What areas can I treat?
The Solawave Full Face LED Mask is intended for cosmetic use on the face.
The Solawave Full Face LED Mask should not be used on the eyelids, breast area, larynx, thyroid, chest and groin area. Do not use the Mask over severe acne, open wounds, or lesions, swollen, infected or inflamed areas or skin eruptions, areas with phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, and varicose veins, or areas of hypopigmentation or vitiligo.
Do not use the Mask to treat rosacea, moles, warts, open sores, cancerous lesions, or any skin condition. If you have concerns, always consult your health practitioner prior to use.
Important: Always ensure the included protective eyewear is securely and properly inserted into the Mask prior to use. - Do I need to use a serum?
No, the Full Face LED Mask is designed to be applied to clean, dry skin.
Do not apply any topical skincare products or medications prior to using the Full Face LED Mask.
Applying topical skincare products or medications prior to the Mask may cause irritation or redness and can block the benefits. - How often should I use?
We recommend starting out with a light sensitivity test, described in the instruction manual. After this test, the advised usage of the device is 10 minutes a day, 3 days per week for a minimum of 8 weeks.
After that, you can continue using the device as desired. As your skin acclimates, you can use it for longer and as frequently as desired for up to 30 minutes per day.
Always be mindful of how your skin reacts to beauty devices and decrease usage if redness or irritation occurs. - When will I see results?
Most users report results within the first 6 weeks when incorporated into a consistent routine of at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 10 minutes per treatment.

The Solawave Full Face LED Mask is not recommended for those who are under the age of 18, pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, are subject to seizures or photosensitivity, have skin cancer, or have a known allergy to silicon.

If you have any medical concerns, medical illness, medical conditions such as epilepsy, or recent facial surgery, please consult your physician before using the Solawave Full Face LED Mask. - How do I clean my Full Face LED Mask?
Ensure the Full Face LED Mask is turned OFF and is NOT connected to the power supply when cleaning.
Clean the Full Face LED Mask by spraying a cloth or wipe with water or disinfecting spray and wiping down the Mask.
Do not spray the Mask directly or submerge your Mask in any way.
Do not use a soaked cloth as too much moisture may damage the Mask. Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with a damp cloth or pad moistened with 70% alcohol.
Caution: The Solawave Full Face LED Mask is not waterproof. Do not submerge or spray any portion of the Mask in water or other liquid. - Can I use my Mask while it’s charging?
No, the Solawave Full Face LED Mask must be disconnected from the power supply prior to use. The Mask will not work while being charged. - Can I charge the Mask after every session?
The Solawave Full Face LED Mask contains a lithium battery. The lifetime of the lithium battery can be maximized by allowing it to fully charge and fully discharge during regular use. Do not charge overnight and avoid fast chargers as they may damage the battery. - Where should I store my Mask?
The Solawave Full Face LED Mask should be stored at room temperature in dry conditions when not in use. We recommend storing the Mask in the product box.
Avoid storing the device in dusty conditions, direct sunlight, or damp and humid conditions. Make sure the device will not bend, stretch, or be crushed while being stored or when traveling.
