The Neck & Chest Pro Light Therapy Mask has 320 LEDs powered by 160 dual-core chips. That's a 180% increase in LEDs compared to the original Neck & Chest mask, providing significantly more coverage and light intensity for your treatment.

How do I turn on/off the Neck & Chest Pro?
It's simple by design, no complicated settings or modes to navigate. 

Turn it on: Start your treatment by pressing the power button on the controller for two seconds.

Turn it off: Stop the treatment at any time by pressing the power button for more than 1 second to turn it off.

Which areas can I use it on? 
The Neck & Chest Pro is designed to target the entire neck and décolleté area, delivering consistent and comprehensive LED coverage across these delicate regions. The mask helps address visible signs of aging—including uneven tone, fine lines, and loss of firmness—so you can treat multiple concerns in one effortless session.

Is it safe to use on the throat?
Yes, the Neck & Chest Pro is safe to use on the throat. It’s designed to sit comfortably across the entire neck area, including the front of the throat. Just be sure the mask isn’t too tight and stop use if you feel any discomfort, warmth, or difficulty swallowing. If you have any concerns or medical conditions affecting the neck or throat, we recommend checking with your physician before use.

How often should I use the Neck & Chest Pro? 
Think of it like your skin’s favorite workout class: consistency beats intensity every time. 

Use your device 3-5 days per week for a minimum of 4 weeks. Your skin loves routine, and these quick 3-minute sessions fit perfectly into your existing schedule so you can see visible improvements over time.

We recommend taking progress photos at the beginning and every 2 weeks, because sometimes the best changes are the ones you don't notice day-to-day until you see them side by side. Each minute adds up to real results.

The device is designed for all skin types when used as directed. However, individuals with skin types V and VI on the Fitzpatrick scale may be more sensitive to visible light due to higher melanin content, which can increase photo-absorption and present a small risk of pigmentation changes. For this reason, those with darker skin tones or pigment-prone skin are encouraged to consult their dermatologist before use to determine the appropriate treatment.

However, if the device ever feels hot or makes your skin uncomfortably warm, stop your session immediately. If the device is overheating, turn it off right away and contact our customer support team so we can help you get back to your routine safely.

How long does the Neck & Chest Pro last once fully charged?
Once fully charged, the Neck & Chest Pro will last for up to twenty treatments. That's over a month of consistent use without needing to recharge, so you can focus on your results instead of constantly managing your device.

How do I clean my Neck & Chest Pro? 
Keeping your mask clean is simple and quick, just like your treatment. Use a water-based or 70% alcohol-based wipe to clean the mask after each session so you can maintain optimal hygiene for your skin. 

Always disconnect from the power supply before cleaning, and never submerge the mask in water or apply water directly to it. A clean device means better results and longer-lasting professional-grade technology.

Can I charge the Neck & Chest Pro after every session? 
The Neck & Chest Pro contains a lithium-ion battery, and proper charging habits can help maximize its lifespan. For best results, allow the battery to fully charge and fully discharge through regular use. When the final bar on the battery indicator is no longer illuminated, it’s time to recharge.

Avoid charging the device after every session or leaving it plugged in overnight. Instead, recharge it promptly after the battery is depleted. If the battery remains fully discharged for an extended period, it may permanently reduce its capacity. Likewise, if the device is fully charged but unused, we recommend recharging it at least once every 6 months to help prevent battery degradation.

Always use a standard DC 5V power source. Do not use fast chargers—such as PD (Power Delivery) or QC (Quick Charge) adapters—as they may deliver higher voltages that could damage the battery.
