  1. Can I use the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini and the Radiant Renewal Wand or the Wrinkle Retreat Light Therapy Mask in the same session?
    We recommend just one Light Therapy session per area of skin per day.

  1. What is the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini made of?
    The 2-in-1 Skincare Mini is made of plastic (PC), silicone, and aluminum. 

  2. What is Near-Infrared Light? 
    Near-Infrared Light is a type of light that's not visible to the naked eye, while still being part of the light spectrum.  The Near-Infrared Light used in our 2-in-1 Skincare Mini has a wavelength of 830nm. 

  1. Is Near-Infrared Light safe?
    When used as directed, Near-Infrared Light is considered safe for use in your skincare routine. As always, we recommend reading the complete instruction manual before use.

  2. What are the benefits of Near-Infrared Light?
    When combined with the Red Light Therapy in our 2-in-1 Skincare Mini, Near-Infrared Light and Red Light work together to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, visibly even out skin tone and texture, and enhance overall radiance for vibrant-looking skin.

  3. How is Near-Infrared Light different from Red Light?
    Near-Infrared and Red Light have slight differences in their wavelengths at 830nm and 630nm, respectively. Red Light is visible, while Near-Infrared Light is not. Both are considered safe when used as directed, and work together to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, enhance radiance, and bring out youthful, vibrant-looking skin. 

  4. Does the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini give off heat? 
    Yes, our 2-in-1 Skincare Mini features therapeutic warmth to soothe, revive, and decrease the look of puffiness for a refreshed and glowing appearance.

  5. How do I turn on/off the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini? 
    You can turn on and off the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini by pressing the power button on the side of the Mini for about two seconds.

  6. How do I use the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini?
    We recommend removing any SPF and/or makeup before use. Tip: While not required, you can use an activating serum to keep skin hydrated and provide a comfortable glide for the Mini.

    Decide on the areas you want to focus on. Section the areas into four regions. For example, if you want to focus the face and hands, section into the left side of face, right side of face, left back of hand, and the right back of hand. 

    -Place the Mini on the first region, and turn it on by pressing the power button until the lights come on. 
    -After 3 minutes, the lights will flash to let you know that it’s time to move onto the next region.
    -Glide the Mini across each region in slow, circular motions. 

    After 12 minutes, the Mini will automatically shut off.

    For cleaning, charging, and storage instructions, follow the directions provided in the Mini’s user manual.

  1. Which areas can I use it on? 
    The 2-in-1 Skincare Mini can be used on the face and body, wherever you’d like to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and visibly improve uneven skin tone and texture for youthful-looking skin.  

    Do not use the Mini in the eye area (i.e. eyeball, circular muscle within the orbital rim), on the temples, the breast, or groin area.  Do not use the Mini over areas with phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, and varicose veins. If you’ve had recent surgery in the areas you wish to treat, please consult your physician before using the Mini. Please review the full Contraindications and Warnings section of the instruction manual for more information before use.

  1. Do I need eye protection if I use the Mini near my eyes?
    When used as directed, the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini is safe for use on the face and body. As highlighted in our user manual, we recommend not directing the LED light into your eyes or the eyes of others — similar to the caution advised with flashlights. It’s best to avoid direct eye exposure to the light.

  2. How often should I use the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini? 
    We recommend starting with the patch test described in the instruction manual. After this test, we recommend using the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini at least three days per week for a minimum of four weeks. 

    Always be mindful of how your skin reacts to beauty products, and decrease or stop usage if redness or irritation occurs. 

    Results are gradual and cumulative, so we suggest taking photos along your journey to track your progress and improvement.

  3. When will I see results? 
    Users may start seeing results within the first four weeks, if the Mini is incorporated into a consistent routine of at least three days per week for a minimum of 3 minutes per area.

    Changes can seem less noticeable on a daily basis, so we highly recommend taking before and after photos for comparison. We love seeing your results — tag us on Instagram @solawave.

  1. Can everyone use the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini? 
    The Mini is not recommended for those who are under the age of 18, are subject to seizures or photosensitivity, have skin cancer, or have a known allergy to aluminum, silicone or plastics. Do not use the Mini if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. The Mini has not been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women, and therefore the risk to the fetus, neonate or pregnant women is unknown.

    Please review the Contraindications and Warnings section of the instruction manual for more information. If you have any medical concerns, medical illness, medical conditions such as epilepsy, or recent surgery in the areas you wish to treat, please consult your physician before using the Mini.

  1. How long does the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini last once fully charged?
    Once fully charged, the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini will last for 5 treatments. 

  2. How do I clean my 2-in-1 Skincare Mini? 
    You may clean the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini using a water-based or 70% alcohol-based wipe. Ensure the Mini is not connected to the power supply when cleaning. Do not submerge the Mini in water or apply water directly to the Mini.

  3. Can I use the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini while it’s charging? 
    No, the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini must be disconnected from the charging cord before use. The Mini will not work while being charged.

  4. Can I charge the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini after every session? 
    The 2-in-1 Skincare Mini contains a lithium-ion battery. The lifetime of the lithium battery can be maximized by allowing it to fully charge and fully discharge during regular use. Do not charge after every session or charge overnight, and avoid fast chargers (over 5V), as they may damage the battery.

  1. Is the 2-in-1 Skincare Mini safe to bring on a plane?
    Yes, it’s generally allowed in your personal carry-on luggage. The Mini contains a lithium-ion battery, so we recommend checking with the specific airline you're flying — policies may vary.

  2. Where should I store my 2-in-1 Skincare Mini? 
    The 2-in-1 Skincare Mini should be stored in the included storage bag, at room temperature, and in dry conditions when not in use.

    Avoid storing the Mini in dusty conditions, direct sunlight, or damp and humid conditions. Make sure it will not be crushed while stored or when traveling.
